As a coach this is what I believe in:
There are a million ways of doing one thing, a good coach should be able to tell you which approach suits you.
The sports “combustion triangle” consists of: Technique / skills, cardio vascular fitness and power / strength. To figure out what an athlete lacks and how best to iron out the weakest link is what I do.
Sports help you acquire life skills and to live life fuller. PB’s may seem important to you as a short term goal, but building mental strength, building endurance in cold / sleep deprivation / high altitude etc will make you a stronger person to tackle life.
Listen to your body, play to your strength, but aim to get out of your comfort zone.
Nothing is impossible, let me help you find your strength.
