As a coach this is what I believe in:

  • There are a million ways of doing one thing, a good coach should be able to tell you which approach suits you.

  • The sports “combustion triangle” consists of: Technique / skills, cardio vascular fitness and power / strength. To figure out what an athlete lacks and how best to iron out the weakest link is what I do.

  • Sports help you acquire life skills and to live life fuller. PB’s may seem important to you as a short term goal, but building mental strength, building endurance in cold / sleep deprivation / high altitude etc will make you a stronger person to tackle life.

  • Listen to your body, play to your strength, but aim to get out of your comfort zone.

  • Nothing is impossible, let me help you find your strength.
